  1. Place your order on the website. If you are located in Canada, we offer you free & fast domestic shipping only on the selection of items here. These products are marked Just for Canada, and they are valid for the domestic shipping within Canada. Every order that includes only the items marked Just for Canada will be delivered to you  within 10 business days. No delays, no import taxes, domestic shipping at its best.
    Please note! If you are located in Canada, and your order includes products not marked Just for Canada, we will ship the entire order from Petrozavodsk, not the Canadian warehouse, and shipping will take 20-30 business days.

  1. Place your order in our Amazon Store to get your order delivered from the US warehouse. You do not need to be located in the US to place an order on Amazon.com, the only thing you need is an Amazon account that you can easily register. Shipping costs and time will be automatically calculated by Amazon depending on products and destination.


 
Standard Worldwide Shipping

  1. Place your order on the website. We offer you free international shipping on all the products available in the store. Your order will be sent from Karelia with Standard Post (or DHL) and delivered to you with your country national Post within 10-40 business days depending on the destination.


          Despite any restrictions, our store stays open and we’re doing our best to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible. The majority of export routes remains open and we continue to work with our partners across the globe to maintain services.  If the government and national post of the country haven’t introduced any restrictions, your order will be fulfilled and delivered. Standard shipping time of parcels varies depending on operation of the national postal services, random deeper customs checks, emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances in the course of transportation.

  • Australia: 20-40 business days
  • Asia: 25-40 business days
  • Africa: 25-40 business days
  • Latin America: 20-35 business days
  • South America: 20-35 business days
  • Middle East: 20-30 business days


        As a reliable seller, we take full responsibility for the delivery and if the parcel is lost in transit or stuck at some fulfillment center, we will be ready to offer you a refund or re-shipment or find another way to fix the issue.


      All parcels are registered and have a tracking number to locate them. Shipping process is transparent and you can see where your parcel is unless your country doesn’t provide tracking information updates for standard parcels. Besides, some postal services including Canada Post and Royal Mail has introduced additional measures to minimize contact during delivery.


 
Expedited Shipping Options (to be requested)


        If you are interested in the Expedited Shipping Option by DHL, you can contact us via online-chat or send an e-mail to info@karelianheritage.com to get a quotation for your order. Expedited Shipping may be more expensive, but the delivery time decreases from 10-40 business days to 5-15 business days.


Wholesale Shipping Options
