ABOUT SHUNGITE HARMONIZERS

YIN YANG MEDITATION Hold the harmonizer made of Shungite in the left hand, hold the soapstone harmonizer in the right hand, and meditate in a relaxed pose with harmonizers over each knee and with legs uncrossed. A meditative environment without irritating factors is recommended to bring the energies into balance. Harmonization of masculine and feminine energy with the help of the cylinders should last 15 minutes and should be performed once or twice a day.

RESTORING HARMONY The cylinders fit well in the hand and are ideal for sitting exercises. During the use of cylinders, two energetic poles, Yin on the left and Yang on the right, are balancing.
