We gladly accept returns and exchanges if there is something wrong with the order you received or there is some other reason for it. Just follow our guidelines:
- If you have any problems with your order, please, contact us within 7 days after you received the parcel. We will not address any issues brought to us after this timeframe.
- Please keep ALL packaging (bubbler, envelope, bags, tags) to provide us documentation that we will need to determine what happened with your order. We will not be able to do a refund, exchange, resend of anything without this information and if the item was used by you.
- We have very strict policies and double check all orders before they head out so any issues are very rare and we need to determine what happened with your order before a refund. Please, take the photo of the damaged product to provide the proof of defect of the item received and send it to us before shipping the item back.
- Returned items for the reason that you do not longer need them when they arrive have a 10% restocking fee. Refund is issued (MINUS SHIPPING CHARGES) only after the items arrives back to our warehouse if another option wasn’t agreed on.
Important! Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them in along with tracking. When we receive items that meet these conditions we will gladly refund your money (minus shipping).
